• Lead investigations and use technical judgement when writing reports and making decisions regarding defects. Analyse information and generate solutions for rectification, ensuring effective triage and identification root causes, and that lessons are learnt and ways of working amended. • Contribute to the practices of PMST work towards condition-based maintenance so that maintenance teams are enabled to effectively use data analysis to drive the operation and modernisation of our assets, balancing maintenance regimes against available budgets.

• Assist in ensuring work complies with CDM requirements where required, projects follow house safety rules and champion safe working in all circumstances. • Carry out other reasonable duties as instructed by your line manager. You may be required to undertake other duties that are appropriate to your role and pay band, as agreed with your line manager.

• Undertake de-commissioning of buildings and assets which are due to be refurbished or replaced. • Lead on the development tools and process to innovate and streamline the above and add value to the ongoing operation, focussing on condition-based maintenance, efficient preventative maintenance and reducing the risks associated with reactive maintenance. • Produce metrics and reports on project handovers for communication to other parts of the organisation.
