Mesirow Serves As Financial Advisor To Beyer Grapics Sale To RLG Chicago, Illinois based Mesirow announced that it served as the exclusive financial advisor to Beyer Graphics on its sale to Resource Label Group, LLC, a portfolio company of Ares Management. Founded in 1982, Beyer Graphics is one of the lead- ing providers of custom folding cartons specializing in the pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, and cosmetic industries. Registration Open For Chicago TAPPI Golf Outing & Dinner
The Chicago TAPPI Local Section’s 24th Annual Golf Out- ing & Dinner is set for Tuesday, August 13 at the Ruffled Feathers Golf Club in Lemont, Illinois. Enjoy lunch between 11:30 a.m. and 1:15 p.m. before the 4-person scramble’s shotgun start at 1:30 p.m., followed by cocktails at 6:00 p.m. and dinner at 7:00 p.m. The fee is $250 per person/$900 per foursome. Dinner-only tickets are available for $125/ person. Sponsorship opportunities are also available. TAPPI membership is not required to participate. Early registration is recommended as space is limited and is on a first-come, first-served basis. Onsite registration will be available from 11:00 a.m. to 1:15 p.m. but advance online registration is highly encouraged.
