James Short CB OBE James is the group leader of EVO Sierra. He is a specialist in strategic planning, leadership development, and change management. He is a rePred Army Major General with 34 years of execuPve experience in operaPonal appointments for both the BriPsh Army and NATO. He was a strategic analyst in the Cabinet Office; a Procurement Project Manager in the MOD; a strategic security adviser in the Balkans and a specialist security adviser to the Police. He planned and delivered NATO’s first joint operaPonal training establishment. James has served as Chairman for the Jesse May Trust in the past and has recently returned from sailing around the globe and currently works as an associate with the High Growth Knowledge Company.
