Residents present projects at 2024 Driscoll Annual Pediatric Conference
At Driscoll’s 31 st Annual Pediatric Conference, pediatrics residents at Driscoll Children’s Hospital highlighted their scholarly work aimed at improving patient care. This included a mix of quality improvement projects, research and case reports of rare diseases. Local and regional pediatricians and allied professionals meet the resident session at the Graduate Medical Education Center during the conference, conversing with DCH faculty and residents with a high level of interaction and interest in the numerous works displayed. The session was well-received, and there are plans to continue this tradition annually to showcase the diverse and complex cases managed at Driscoll Children’s Hospital. This initiative aims to foster collaboration and knowledge-sharing among healthcare providers in the community, ultimately enhancing patient care.
