We had the privilege to work with the amazing team of Bassman Blaine Home as we were building our new home in North Carolina. Their talented design team covered all aspects and details of our new home. Not only did they assist in taking some of the heart burn out of the actual building process through their vision and experience, they created a caring partnership with us as their clients. They worked with us to achieve comprehensive coverage of all the details from the initial building plans to furnishings and accessories. Their design team took the time to review our lifestyle and really listened to our likes and dislikes while demonstrating an unmatched customer service level to “under promise and over deliver.” They closely worked alongside our family in the decision- making process resulting in an experience that exceeded our high expectations in the quality of furnishings and overall design, but they also came in under budget! Upon move in, their incredible team organized, scheduled and orchestrated in the delivery of furnishings, accessories and art. They worked tirelessly to place furniture, hang pictures, accessorize beyond belief, make up the beds, bring in fresh flowers and light the candles as they prepared the house for our family to come enjoy our new home. We just showed up with our clothes! The experience was beyond belief and could not have been more seamless as every consideration of detail was checked and rechecked. When we decided to build our new home, my husband and I were hesitant to do it on our own. We contacted Ken at Bassman Blaine because we were impressed with his firm’s other projects we had seen on Houzz. The Bassman Blaine Home Design Team worked with us from the ground up, helping us choose everything from stucco colors, to tiles, flooring, door handles and all the way to furniture and art! They worked with us selecting the tiniest details to the big things like roof tiles. We have finally moved into our house and we love it! It came out beautiful and just like we imagined. Working with Ken Bassman and his team of professionals was great. They were organized very professional even with all the changes we made as the project went on.
