Thank you for sending Nick and I the slide show of our new home. It was such a pleasure to work with you and looking at this is (and will continue to serve as) a wonderful reminder of the incredible work that you and your team did for us. Thank you again for all that you have done (and continue to do) to make this dream home a reality. The process was both incredibly easy and enjoyable. As you said that you would, you took care of absolutely everything and the evening that you presented our home to us will always be one of my favorites. If Nick and I purchase anything else, you will be the first one I call. I hope to work with you again and I look forward to keeping in touch.
process by a long shot, but it was actually very enjoyable. Both of you were extremely personable, responsive to every need, and of the utmost professionalism. Moreover, Bassman Blaine is the first design group we have ever worked with that has held fast to the prescribed budget and timeline. Had we known about you when we furnished our other three homes, you would have been assuredly hired. The closest thing we can equate Bassman Blaine to is ‘Extreme Home Makeover’ less the construction of the home itself. We started with a shell of a house, and you came in with painters, electricians, audio/video professionals and a carton of furnishings from the mainland, and turned our house into a home. It was turn-key in every fashion from furnishings to window treatments to living accessories for every drawer in the kitchen and bathrooms, etc. Needless to say, we were blown away on every front. Thanks so much for everything!
Bassman Blaine recently finished the furnishing of our home at Papali located in the Wailea area of Maui. Our assignment was challenging from the beginning due to the fact that a group of friends and myself are the owners of the home. You can imagine the complexity of interpretive input from 5 different wives. Bassman Blaine worked efficiently with our families in this decision-making process and we are pleased with the result. Our home is the new construction and several thousand miles from our homes in Phoenix. Ken made one trip to phenix to spend a full day with our wives exploring several of his ideas. We were updated rigorously with progress reports and everything was completed on time. Our home was finished completely to the point that when we go there, we only need to bring our toothbrushes. From a design prospective, our group could not have been happier with the furnishings that Bassman Blaine put together for our unit. The products are high quality, durable, luxurious, and comfortable. The colors all work together, and the finished products just beautiful. Our unit will never be rented but all families are commenting about how much they enjoy staying there.
