Precision Manufacturing —State-of-the art manufacturing techniques produce tight clearances and optimum press fits for longer wear life. Pins and bushings are made from high-grade alloy steel. Sidebars are thermally stress-relieved to obtain maximum performance from the bosses. Choose from Welded Boss or E-style attachments and polyurethane, Hytrel, or UHMW-bonded rollers. Welding Techniques —Union uses automatic welding methods designed to deliver stronger, longer- lasting welds.
