Webasto Order Processing Instructions and Policies

There are four different ways to place an order:

Email: order@webasto.com When placing orders via email, all orders must include correct part numbers, quantities and pricing along with clear ship to location and shipping method. An email address or return fax number is required for order confirmation to be sent for review before the order will be processed and shipped. E.D.I. If an E.D.I. system is available to a customer, all orders must be placed through that system. Phoned in orders will not be accepted from dealers that have this system available to them in order to prevent duplication of orders.

Phone: 1-800-860-7866 or 1-810-593-6000 and follow the prompts to place an order. When placing an order via phone, please have all information prepared prior to calling: P.O. number, part numbers, ship to location & shipping method. After an order has been placed with your customer service representative, please provide them with a fax number or email address to receive an order confirmation to review before the product ships. Fax: 1-810-593-6001 When placing orders via fax, all orders must include correct part numbers, quantities and pricing along with clear ship to location and shipping method. An email address or return fax number is required for order confirmation to be sent back for review before the order will be processed and shipped. Shipping Policy All orders received by 2:00 pm EST will be reviewed same day. A follow up communication will be sent confirming the order and ship date. Webasto Freight Policy All orders are shipped F.O.B., Fenton, Michigan. Webasto has negotiated special rates with several carriers and offers these savings as a prepaid or bill-back program. If you choose to use the prepaid or bill back program, the freight will be charged on your invoice. Shipments can also be shipped freight collect. Webasto Warranty: Heaters – 24 Months All heater products - coolant heaters and bunk heaters/ air heaters have a two year warranty from the date of installation, or 2,000 operating hours, whichever comes first. The warranty will be valid up to 3 years after the sale of the product but not to exceed 2 years from the date of installation.

Urgent/Emergency Orders Webasto will make every effort to ship emergency orders the same day or the next day via premium freight. An additional premium freight cost will be the responsibility of the person ordering.

Off-shore items are 2-3 weeks expedited.

Webasto Warranty: Spare Parts – 6 Months All service parts have a 6 month warranty after installation or the balance of the warranty of the unit they are installed to whichever is longer. If the heater still has 12 months warranty left, the spare part will be covered under the heater’s warranty.
