Carbon Steel Nickel-Plated Stainless Steel
Standard applications.
Mildly corrosive environments.
Corrosive environments. Choose the stainless to meet the application. High or low temperatures and corrosive environments, including acids and alkalis. Very corrosive environments, low or high temperatures, and magnetic permeability, for example, electronics or ferrous metals. When strength and durability in corrosive environments are important. Corrosion resistance and long wear life in wet applications, including complete water immersion. Lubrication is difficult or impossible, including food processing. Wet or outdoor environments, including seawater.
Material
Riveted or Cottered Attachment Type Indicate any special dimen- sions, for exam- ple, tab hole, extended pin diameter or pro- jection. Attachment Spacing (in pitch) On even spac- ing, the attach- ment is supplied on the pin link, unless otherwise specified.
