This course defines what each of these products are and how they are used; provides a history of how we got here and what the future holds; summarizes the role of the agent and appraiser and their respective license requirements.Submitted for 3 hours of appraiser and real estate CE. Pre-registration and $50 fee applies. General Session This must-attend session will include President Moses Seuram’s State of the Association address, the presentation of the Lawrence B. Caldwell RPAC Award, the RPAC of New York Hall of Fame induction, 2018 Community Service award and a keynote presentation to be announced soon!
