Since its founding in 1917, Tsubaki has worked tirelessly to improve chain performance for its customers. More than a century of experience goes into the development of roller chain products that adapt to global needs and contribute to energy savings, labor savings and better efficiency.

Tsubaki revolutionized the use of oil-impregnated sintered bushings when it introduced its Lambda ® Chain in 1988. Capable of meeting a wide range of customer needs for long life in a lubrication-free environment, Lambda Chain reduces long-term costs by providing better wear performance and eliminating unnecessary maintenance. For the newest evolution of Lambda Chain, Tsubaki has upgraded its production methods to further optimize its oil-impregnated sintered bushings. The addition of NSF-H1 food-grade lubricant helps stabilize quality, improve overall chain performance and extend wear life.

XCEEDER ® CHAIN The industry’s longest-lasting lube-free chain Designed to last up to 10 times longer than other lube-free chain, Xceeder Chain extends the wear resistance of Lambda Chain by adding oil-impregnated felt seals between the link plates. The special, high-density felt seals lock in lube while keeping dirt and abrasives out. No chain is better suited to environments that require extended replacement intervals.

KF SERIES CHAIN Superior performance in hot environments Even in high-temperature environments, the volatilization- and degradation-resistant lubricant used in the design of our KF Series Chain promotes optimal performance. This makes it especially valuable in food applications where lubrication is not desirable or possible.
