Tsubaki Standard Sprocket Feature

Customer Benefit

All U.S. Tsubaki stock sprockets are made from 1045 cold rolled carbon steel. No powdered metal is used. All U.S. Tsubaki stock sprockets are hardened to RC35- 50 standard on ANSI 35-80 pitch sizes. All U.S. Tsubaki finished bore sprockets come standard with set screw placement directly over the keyway and at 90⁰ to ensure the sprocket maintains proper shaft position. All U.S. Tsubaki sprockets are bored, chamfered, and de-burred to ensure the proper fit.

100% 1045 carbon steel construction ensures durability and maximum service life. Hardened sprockets are more resistant to impact load failures and ensure long service life with minimal wear. Superior shaft clamp load and positioning reduces the possibility of galling and downtime associated with sprocket movement while in service. Customers can count on safely installing a sprocket that is finished to the correct size all the time, every time. Added corrosion resistance over the life of the sprocket.

All U.S. Tsubaki sprockets come standard with black oxide coating.
