Application Example RS Plastic Top Chain is used in electric, electronic, food (such as bakeries), and other industries (Figure 4.16).

Construction and Features (1) Due to the small chain pitch, the transition area between conveyors is minimal. This ensures smooth loading. (2) Double strand chain can be used in long conveyors due to increased allowable load. (3) Table 4.14 shows chain sizes, availability, functions, and specifications. Sprockets Standard sprockets will not work with double strand chains, RS60P-2 and RS60PU-2 chain. Special sprockets must be used.
