STUDENT ENGAGEMENT
In May 2025, our Asian Pacific Islander Faculty and Staff Association (APIFSA) held one of their many cultural events, the APIFSA Fashion Show and celebration, honoring Asian and Pacific Islander Heritage Month.
Reedley College’s annual Pride Brunch and Resource Fair celebrated community, belonging, and visibility for LGBTQ+ students and allies. This year’s expanded event featured local organizations, campus departments, and resource tables offering connections, support, and opportunities for students to thrive both on and off campus.
Sponsored by our Black Faculty and Staff Association (BFSA), our annual Solidarity Walk, honoring the late Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., was held on January 22. Students and staff walked in unison from the Student Center to the McClarty Center for Fine and Performing Arts singing, “We Shall Overcome.”
