Mounting the LB1000F The LB1000F can be operated on a stable, level workbench. bench can be attached to the work table. To attach to a workbench, use 3/8" the underside of the workbench and thread into the can be operated on a stable, level workbench. Torque Sensor Set-up Attach the BMX to the the rotating baseplate usin Attach the BMX to the the rotating baseplate using the correct hardware provided.

Base Plate

Make sure the wrench is within the torque range of the BMX model. If the tool is under the torque range, then the accuracy may not be reliable. If the tool is over the torque range, then you may overtorque the BMX and damage the sensor.

Reaction Bars

Attach the sensor cable (sold separately) for connecting the BMX with a Mountz torque analyzer with an external sensor connection cable (sold separately) for connecting the BMX with a Mountz with an external sensor connection.

Once the BMX is connected with the torque analyzer, follow the instructions in the torque analyzer manual for accessing external transducers the torque analyzer manual for accessing external transducers.

Calibrating & Testing Torque Wrenches Wrenches
