“W”SCAPULARRETRACTION(HELPSWITHSHOULDER BLADE STABILIZATION) Lie on your stomach on a bench with your arms at shoulder height, elbows bent to 90 degrees. Gently slide your shoulder blades down and then squeeze your shoulder blades together gently lifting your elbows off the bed 1-2 inches. Focus on using the muscles in your mid-back. Repeat 3 times.
MEDIAN NERVE GLIDE Start with your arm hanging down at your side with your elbows straight and palm facing forward. Next, bend your wrist forward and back. Your other hand should be checking to make sure that your shoulder stays down and drawn back the entire time. Repeat twice.
