3.4 POLICIES FOR HANDLING IN-KIND CONTRIBUTIONS PURPOSE: To outline the policies and procedures for in-kind contributions regarding donated services. In-kind contributions are donated services, supplies, materials, publications, and facilities etc. whose original costs are paid by another agency yet whose donations are directly benefiting IGA. Donated services can range from the limited participation of many individuals in meeting registration and set- up to ongoing participation in program or supporting services of IGA.
