3 .11 BONUSES PURPOSE: To outline the policies and procedures for distribution of incentive pay/bonus to IGA employees. At times IGA may pay a discretionary annual bonus to employees based on IGA’s performance and funds available per the budget. At the end of each fiscal year, the Executive Director and Chairman decide whether to pay a bonus to the employees of their office, including the Executive Director and Chairman positions.
