Discovery Park Redevelopment PIM #2

FOCUS STUDY AREA

The former Elk Falls mill site and its surrounding area on the north side of the highway (outlined in grey) are currently designated as ‘Business and Industrial Service Centre’ land use under the Sustainable Official Community Plan (2012). No land use changes are being proposed for this area. The potential changes to land use are focused on the area on the south of the highway (outlined in orange). We would like to learn more from the public about the potential uses you would like to see for this 826-acre area.
