United Learning - Cluster HR Manager

WELCOME LETTER Thank you very much for your interest in becoming United Learning’s next Cluster HR Manager for the South East London cluster which currently includes Bacon’s College, Sedgehill Academy and The John Roan School. This is a very key appointment for us, and one which has real impact across the 3 schools. United Learning is deeply committed to the progress and success of all children and young people. We believe in serving local communities through creating excellent schools, which provide outstanding education and serve all children in the area. We have excellent schools and a commitment to continued improvement, as well as great potential for further growth and development. We aim to enable all schools to achieve more through being part of the group than they could on their own.

As our Cluster HR Manager, your role is to support the Executive Business Manager and wider business in relation to human resources matters. This role must take the lead in ensuring safer recruitment compliance across the schools and the maintenance of up to date Ofsted ready single central registers for each school. You will also liaise closely with our three Principals of the schools relating to a variety of complex HR matters. This is a role which I expect to be challenging, but also deeply rewarding for an excellent HR professional who is looking for a new opportunity with the potential to make a significant impact. We look forward to reviewing your application and thank you in advance for showing your interest in this exciting role.
