They have served at Presbyterian Hospital for a combined 35 years, both bringing exceptional leadership experience. We are thrilled to announce that Dr. Norbert Topf will join Main Street as our Medical Director at Presbyterian Hospital. Alongside him, John Collins will join as our CRNA Director. Together, they will co-lead our Presbyterian Hospital practice beginning July 14, 2025. Dr. Topf brings 28 years of anesthesia experience and 6 years of internal medicine into his next leadership opportunity as Medical Director. He has held various leadership roles over the past 20 years at Presbyterian Hospital, including Chief Medical Information Officer, Chief Quality Officer, Chief Medical Officer, and most recently, Medical Director for Preoperative Services. He joins Main Street alongside his wife of 28 years, their two grown children, and their dog, Lucy. Outside of work, Dr. Topf enjoys riding his motorcycle across the Americas, backcountry skiing, cycling, and cooking.
A fun fact: Dr. Topf is an advanced certified artist with the Ichiyo School of Ikebana in Tokyo.

John brings 20 years of anesthesia experience into his next leadership opportunity as CRNA Director. He has primarily worked in Presbyterian facilities for the last 15 years. John has held various leadership roles including Medical Director at Sandoval Regional Medical Center, and most recently he has been a facilitator at Rust Medical Center. He joins Main Street alongside his wife, three teenage children, two dogs, three fish, and a turtle!
Outside of work, John enjoys traveling and driving his race car.
