370 Lakeside RV Camper Welcome Guide

Lake Rules All persons fishing or launching watercraft must obtain the proper permit from the RV Check-in before accessing the water. Nominal fishing and lake use fees may apply. Use of lake is allowed March through November with approved permit. Day or annual pass must be worn visibly for security. All watercraft must be off the lake at least 30 minutes before sunset and may not be placed on the water until after sunrise, unless a night-use permit has been issued. Glass containers are not allowed on the lake. Diving or swimming in lake is prohibited. Ice skating on lake is prohibited. All persons fishing must abide by the Missouri Wildlife Code and other posted regulations. Cleaning of fish in boat dock/restrooms/showers/laundry facilities is prohibited. Fishing from main dock or boat ramp is prohibited. Boaters must follow all U.S.C.G. and Missouri Boating Rules and Regulations in addition to the following rules: Trailed watercraft is permitted to access the lake at the boat launch ramp only. Launching from rental beach is prohibited. Only electric trolling motors are permitted. Gasoline motors may be attached to boats, but may not be used. All persons using inflatable watercraft must wear a personal floatation device (PFD). All persons riding or operating canoes, kayaks, or sailboards under 16 feet in length must wear a personal floatation device (PFD). The total height of any vessel, including sails, masts, antennas, etc. must not exceed 24 feet above water level. This includes sailboats,

Park & Trail Rules The Park is open sunrise to sunset unless otherwise specified on permit. Help protect the beauty of the trees, trails, and wildlife by not damaging the property. No cutting, carving, or driving nails into the trees, and no digging or picking up plants. Hunting is not allowed in City Parks. Use of firearms is prohibited. Please dispose of trash in proper receptacles. Use of fireworks is prohibited. Use of drones is prohibited. All buildings are smoke free. Pedestrians, skaters and bicyclists all share the trails. Be courteous and respectful. Bicyclists should sound an audible warning (verbal or mechanical) when passing pedestrians or skaters from behind. Motorized vehicles are prohibited on trails. Pets must be on a leash and owners are responsible for immediate clean-up of pet waste. Park in designated parking spaces only. Parking on grass is prohibited. Canopies of 10 x 10 or smaller are permissible. Canopies cannot be attached to each other, and are prohibited in windy conditions. No person shall leave any personal items unattended in 370 Lakeside Park for more than 24 hours. In the vent of an evacuation, the City will not remove a customer’s personal items from the Park regardless of whether the items belong to a paying customer or a non-paying park user. No person with items in 370 Lakeside Park shall travel away from the park further than 24 hours-travel time so they are able to retrieve their items in the event of an evacuation. PETS A maximum of three domestic pets is allowed per campsite. Pets must have current vaccines. Pets must be on a leash no longer than six feet in length when off reserved site. Pets must be reasonably quiet, restrained and always supervised. Pet owners are responsible for the clean-up of their pet’s waste. Pets must not be tied to trees. Non-domestic or exotic animals are prohibited. Pet fences may only be set up when pets are using them. Off-leash area is available for camper pets. Campground Rules, continued
