Role Summary The University of Nottingham are seeking to recruit a Director of Property and Business Services who will play a key role in the development and strategic direction of the university’s diverse estate portfolio. Reporting to the Director of Estates and Facilities, the Director of Property and Business Services will play a key role as part of the Estates and Facilities senior leadership team, ensuring that the directorate provides a world-class enabling function to the University. The roles takes a specific portfolio that includes space management, property and asset management and leads a multifaceted business services function to support the whole directorate.
Estates Structure
We are seeking an individual with excellent leadership skills gained within a large scale, complex estates environment, with particular expertise in strategic planning. We are open to candidates that have particular experience of asset management, space management or estates support/business services and that are looking to progress their career to take a broader remit at an influential level.
