HANOVER, NJ — Wood- mont Properties has started vertical construction of a new luxury apartment commu- nity, Woodmont Knolls at Hanover. The company broke ground on the 15-acre site off Cedar Knolls Road last month in prestigious Hanover Town- ship, laying the foundations for what will be a stand-out community comprising 126 one- and two-bedroom flats and carriage homes. Woodmont Knolls is a 10- minute drive to Downtown Morristown and the Mor- ristown Train Station, which provides direct access to Man- hattan.
