Jones Lang LaSalle’s Knee and Chroman arrange 158,000 s/f purchase

Teterboro,NJ — Jones Lang LaSalle recently repre- sented Forsgate Industrial Partners LP in the company’s purchase of 125 North St. in Teterboro. The private real estate developer and inves- tor acquired the 158,000 s/f

light industrial building from Global Experience Specialists Inc., a division of Viad Corp. JLL’s David Knee , manag- ing director, and Blake Chro- man , senior vice president, represented Forsgate in this off-market transaction. The seller, Viad, was represented by its in-house real estate team. “I have always thought this was a terrific site, primarily because of its size and loca- tion,” said Chroman. “Fors- gate was an ideal buyer for the property, given that the firm owns many buildings in the area. Forsgate’s experi- ence, market knowledge and dealmaking abilities enabled the firm to get through the contract and due diligence pro- cesses quickly. I believe this was a successful transaction for both parties.” n WALDWICK, NJ — NAI James E. Hanson represented Splash Park, LLC in the sale of a 10-acre complex located at 140 Hopper Ave. in Waldwick. Acquired by HFZ Partners, the complex features four build- ings and 145,465 s/f of rentable space occupied by 13 well- known tenants that specialize mostly in athletic training and sport equipment sales.
