Fahd Malik and David Rudy of nAI CIR negotiated the transaction for the seller, and Michael Shover of Mar- cus & Millichap represented Sadwith Industries. Biezad Trucking has sub- leased 10,000+/- s/f of ware- house space at 352 N. Fairville Ave., West Hanover Twp. the Bill Gladstone Group of NAI CIR handled the transaction for the sublessor. D.R. Calabrese Realty has purchased a 5,304 s/f office building at 2207 Forest Hills Dr., Lower Paxton Twp. Jason Sourbeer of NAI CIR repre- sented Calabrese Realty and the seller, Northwood Condo- minium Office. NHS PA, has leased an ad- ditional 3,827 s/f of office space at 100 N. Cameron St., Har- risburg. The Bill Gladstone Group of NAI CIR handled the transaction between NHS and the property owners. PA Family Support Alliance has leased 3,123 s/f of space at 2000 Linglestown Rd., Suite 301, Susquehanna Twp. James Ross of NAI CIR handled the transaction for the tenant, and tom Posavec of landmark represented the landlord. Dauphin County Industri- al Development Authority is building a new office on one acre of land at 8009 Bretz Dr., West Hanover Twp. The Bill Gladstone Group of NAI CIR handled the transaction. Jan-Pro Cleaning Systems, has leased 1,970 s/f of office space at 100 Colonial Rd., Lower Paxton Twp.
