E astern PA NAI Mertz’s Charokopos reps. tenant in 3,895 s/f lease expansion Viturello of PernaFrederick renews three office leases totaling 20,243 s/f
P HILADELPHIA, PA — PernaFrederick Commercial Real Es- tate has negotiated three office lease renewals aggregat- ing 20,243 s/f in two Center City buildings here. The renewals, with a com- bined aggregate rental exceed- ing $1.3million, were brokered by Joe Viturello , a vice presi- dent of the firm. In the largest of the agree- ments, Vituello represented 1608 Walnut Street Associ- ates, the building owner, in an expansion and renewal agree- ment for approximately 9,738 s/f on the 16th floor occupied by Transportation Resource Associates, Inc. In a second renewal at 1608 Walnut, Viturello brokered the expansion of a lease with the legal firm of Anthony L. Lamm and Associates, P.C., that now occupies some 3,895 s/f on the 7th floor. The expansion responds to space needs of the Trevose office of LammRuben- stone that was represented in the lease negotiations by Zena Tracy Yadush earns IREM CPM designation ALLENTOWN, PA — Tra- cy Yadush , senior property manager of NAI Summit has (IREM) , an affiliate of the National Association of REALTORS .
