Lehigh Valley & Phila Crew chapters join forces to “own your OAKS, PA - CREW Lehigh Valley joined forces with CREW Philadelphia in September for a dynamic presentation and tour at the Oaks, PA campus of SEI Investments Company, a global financial services company that manages a $495 billion portfolio. “Owning your Own Truth: How & Why to be Fearlessly Authentic” was presented by Terry Whitaker , a self-identi- fied “truth-teller.” Terry engaged the audience of 50 in activities to help them discover and promote their own personal brand. Having worked with a number of the world’s best brands including Nestlé, Disney, Carnation, and Libby’s, Terry has developed an uncommon approach to help professionals define their strengths and attract their most profitable clients. Terry’s presentation was followed by a reception and a tour. Buildings on the beautifully landscaped 90-acre campus feature wide open spaces with few interior walls, no private offices and no executive break rooms, creating an atmosphere that sparks collaboration, creativity and transparency. On display throughout the complex is an extensive collection of contemporary art collected by company founder and CEO Al West, who is a strong believer in the power of art to inspire performance. n
