Accurate measurements are the first step in making sure your uniform looks sharp, feels comfortable, and holds up to the job. Use these simple guidelines to get the right fit from day one.

MEN Neck Measure around the base of the neck where a collared shirt would sit. Chest Wrap the tape across the fullest part of your chest – under the arms and around the back. Waist Measure over your shirt at the natural waistline, where you normally wear your pants. Keep the tape snug, but not tight. Inseam Measure from the inside of the leg to the top of the shoe. WOMEN Bust Measure under your arms around the fullest part of your bust. Waist Wrap the tape around the narrowest part of your natural waistline (just above your hip bones). Hips Measure around the widest part of your hips – usually 7 inches to 8 inches below your natural waistline. Sleeve Length Start at the center of the collar, go over the shoulder and elbow, and down to where the sleeve should end – usually at the wrist bone.
