Matilda & Friends Free Prize Draw
How the free prize draw works? Every attendee to your Matilda & Friends Event, who receives a fitting in-store, is eligible to win x2 sets of Elomi Lingerie for them and a friend. x 1 set for the winner, x 1 set for the friend, with each set consisting of a bra and matching brief. To enter the free prize draw, the attendee is to fill out the ballot card provided with both their name and their friends, along with one form of contact information – either an email address or a telephone number – so they can be contacted should they be the winner.
Once the ballot card has been completed, it is to be placed into the entry box.
At the end of the Event, you, the store, are to pull a winner at random from the entry box.
The winning Elomi Lingerie sets are to be gifted from the stock held at your store.
A credit note will be issued by Wacoal Europe within 30 days of the store informing their Sales Representative, with the details of which sets have been gifted.
Following the completion of the free prize draw, all physical copies of the ballot entry cards must be shredded and discarded in order to comply with privacy policy and GDPR rules.
Privacy Policy and GDPR rules
The personal information collected, such as names and contact details, will be used for administering the competition, identifying winners, and delivering prizes .
Participants’ data will not be used for other purposes - such as marketing and future promotional activities - without explicit consent. See tick box on free prize draw entry card to opt in or out.
All data will be stored securely by the store in which the event takes place.
Participants have the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of their data, and can withdraw their consent at any time by contacting the competition organiser.
Promoter: The prize draw is organized by Wacoal Europe in collaboration with participating stores across the country of residence.

Eligibility : Open to legal residents of the country of residence, aged 18 or over. Employees of Wacoal Europe , participating stores, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

3. How to Enter: Entry is free, and no purchase is necessary. To enter, complete an entry card available in-store and place it in the designated draw entry box during the period in which the event is taking place.
4. Event Dates: The event start and end dates are as specified by each store. Only entries submitted within this period will be eligible.
5. Prize: Each participating store will award one winner, plus the friend as stated on entry ballot card, with x2 sets of Elomi Lingerie. x1 set for the winner, x1 sets for the friend. The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is available. 6. Winner Selection and Notification: Each participating store will conduct a random draw at the end of the event week to select a winner. The winner will be notified by phone or email within 48 hours of the draw. Claiming the Prize: The winner must claim their prize within 2 weeks of being contacted. The prize is to be claimed by returning to the store for prize collection. Should the prize is not claimed by the deadline, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternate winner. 7.
Publicity Consent: By entering the prize draw, participants agree to the use of their name and image for publicity purposes in connection with this event by Wacoal Europe and the participating store. Any additional consent required by local regulations will be requested from the winner. 9. Marketing Consent: When entering the free prize dr aw , participants will be able to choose if they wish to allow the participating store to retain their email address for future marketing communications. Participants can opt out at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in any marketing email or by contacting the store directly. 10. Privacy and Data Use: Personal information provided by participants will be used for the purpose of conducting this prize draw and marketing consent for participating store, handled in compliance with the Privacy Act’s in place or your country of residence.

Consumer Rights : These Terms and Conditions do not limit or exclude any legal rights or remedies available under your country of residence.

12. Limitation of Liability: The Promoter and participating stores accept no responsibility for any loss, damage, or disappointment suffered by any entrant or winner, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
13. Modification and Termination: The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the prize draw at any time, without notice, in compliance with consumer laws.
Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of your country of residence. Participants agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts in their respective countries.
