n Wioletta Szymanek Wioletta Szymanek joined us nearly five years ago to support our after- school provision. Over this time, she very much made the role her own and dedicated a huge amount of energy to ensure everything ran like clockwork after school. Wioletta was incredibly organised, efficient and reliable; she always knew where every boy should be or what their after-school arrangement was! She took on extra responsibility to help in the dining hall and on reception. Some pupils referred to her as the ‘vegetable police’ as she checked on the boys’ food choices with such rigour! She cared enormously about the boys and we will certainly miss her dry sense of humour. She sadly, but understandably, leaves us to join her sister and father in Poland.
n Emma Field Emma Field leaves the Junior School after six passionate years of service to our boys and wider school community. She has spent most of her time teaching in Year 3 and 4, most recently undertaking the role of Year Group Coordinator in Year 4. Despite leaving us after completing her NQT year, she quickly realised that Dulwich suited her professionally and personally, and it wasn’t long before she was plying her trade back in SE21! Her passion for everything she does is unquestionable. Particular highlights include her leadership of Drake House and their victory in the House competition in 2017, as well as her expertise in directing numerous memorable Year 6 productions. Her endless energy left an imprint on the boys she taught and the colleagues she worked with. She leaves us to relocate to Hampshire (with her new dog!) where she will take up a KS1 role at Prince’s Mead School near Winchester.
