Welcome William Morris, Executive Chef

Army Navy Country Club is pleased to introduce Chef William Morris as the new Executive Chef at Fairfax. With over 25 years of culinary experience Chef William is excited to bring his skills and creativity to ANCC. Chef William, born and raised in northern Virginia, has worked in some of the area’s most notable establishments including Bourbon Steak, Brasserie Beck, Omni Shoreman Hotel and Vermillion restaurant. Chef William studied at the of L’Academie de Cuisine and did some independent study in London where he worked at renowned Michelin-starred restaurants including Nobu, Le Manoir Aux Quat’ Saisons, and Marco Pierre White establishments. When Chef William is not busy cooking he enjoys spending time with his long-time girlfriend, Kimberly, and is a nature and travel photographer enthusiast. Chef William will be featuring weekly Friday night dinner specials in the grill through the month of January.
