some much-needed financial and promo- tional support for the Riceville Food Bank. “From now on it (tradeshow) is always go- ing to be for the food bank because they’re in major need,” said Christine Henley, orga- nizer of the Heart-to-Heart event. Henley began planning the November tradeshow two months ago and used so- cial media, like Facebook, to promote it. The weekend event featured 29 local home- based businesses and other groups from around the Prescott-Russell region along with a couple of “regular vendors” from Ot- tawa and Gatineau.
