Enterprises recognized that simply reinforcing the old design wasn’t enough, so they created the “Apex Floater.” The solution is a forged, CNC-machined housing end designed for C7 Corvette style unit bearings. It supports ABS, traction control, uses off-the-shelf Wilwood
brake kits, and 33–35 spline, full- floating axle shafts. Because the Apex Floater system uses C7-style unit bearings, builders can inte- grate GM-style wheel-speed sen- sors.
