The Canon imageFORMULA DR-S150 is a flexible, easy-to-use office document scanner. Built in Wi-Fi®, wired Ethernet and USB connections for networked and local operation allow the scanner to be used with desktop computers, compatible smartphones, or tablets, and shared among multiple users. And the large, user-friendly, color touch-screen makes it easy to select destinations or shortcuts. With the DR-S150, document information can be converted, processed, and shared efficiently for improved collaboration and productivity.
WIDE RANGE OF USES The DR-S150 scanner is ideal for use by workgroups or individual users in many industries, including financial services, healthcare, legal services, insurance, and more. It can be used to modernize or automate paper-based business processes to help streamline workflows and help reduce transaction costs. The DR-S150 can also be part of a document management system or content services platform, integrating with existing backend systems for more efficient information management and improved compliance. EASY TO USE The DR-S150 scanner was designed with a large, color LCD touch- screen and an intuitive user interface. Up to 99 scanning jobs can be preset as shortcuts using the included CaptureOnTouch software and performed directly from the touch-screen. For easy maintenance, notifications of potential errors and roller replacement will appear on the LCD screen, allowing users or administrators to tackle issues quickly. VERY FLEXIBLE The DR-S150 scanner is very flexible and versatile. Ethernet, USB, and Wi-Fi connection options allow users to easily use the scanner with a desktop computer, compatible smartphone, or tablet. Various connection options allow the device to be shared among multiple
users. This allows the scanner to be located almost anywhere in an office environment. Users can even scan directly to shared network folders, without using a computer. The scanner can also reliably handle many different media types in batches or individually, including passports; receipts; photos; business cards; plastic or embossed cards; thick, thin, long or over-size documents; and more. POWERFUL PERFORMANCE This scanner can scan both sides of an item in a single pass and in color, up to 45 pages per minute. And with the capacity to hold up to 60 sheets in the Automatic Document Feeder (ADF), the DR-S150 scanner can efficiently and intelligently process documents and other media. The on-board image processing CPU works independently of the performance of the attached computer, so that documents are converted to usable digital information quickly and accurately. HIGH-QUALITY IMAGING To help capture information accurately, the DR-S150 scanner incorporates Canon’s imaging expertise to deliver features such as Optical Character Recognition (OCR) to create searchable and editable information, and Character Emphasis to help improve text legibility. To help save time with many business processes, page sizes can automatically be detected and images can be rotated.
ROBUST SUITE OF SOFTWARE APPLICATIONS With users requiring flexibility in their business technology, the DR-S150 scanner is bundled with a suite of convenient software applications to help widen the scope of capture and output capabilities. Canon’s CaptureOnTouch Pro is powerful yet easy-to- use scanning software. It performs OCR, converts documents to searchable PDF or JPG, and scans directly to the cloud (Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive, Box, QuickBooks Online, Evernote, SharePoint, and more) † to improve sharing and collaboration. Kofax Virtual ReScan (VRS) helps to automatically enhance the overall quality of scanned images and reduce the time involved in manual document preparation. Settings to automatically adjust output resolution for improved file quality and reduce size are just some of the features available with these software applications.
The CaptureOnTouch Job Tool App—available for iOS, Android, and Windows—allows users to scan to and from their smart devices.

FLEXIBILITY Scanning at up to 25 ppm, * both sides of an item at the same time, the DR-C225 II/DR-C225W II scanners can reliably handle a wide variety of document types, such as thick or thin documents and plastic or embossed cards. Long documents up to 118” in length or oversized documents up to 11” x 17” can easily be scanned. Double-feed detection helps to ensure that no data is lost. Files can be saved as PDF, PDF/A, JPEG, TIFF, PPTX, BMP, or PNG to integrate with many different software programs. HIGH IMAGE QUALITY For maximum image quality, these scanners include features to help improve character legibility as well as straighten and remove shadows from scanned images. Another setting is useful for scanning mixed batches of documents and photographs, automatically adjusting the output resolution to help improve image quality while reducing image file size. With high-quality image scanning, precise MICR accuracy, and reliable item handling, the CR-L1 check transport can help distributed check processing. DESIGNED SPECIFICALLY FOR REMOTE APPLICATIONS
items in color, black and white, or grayscale. The 50-item Auto Feeder and 50-item Eject Pocket allow for batch scanning. A series of built-in electronic sensors detect misfeeds. The CR-L1 is also flexible enough to reliably handle multiple document types, including paper checks, money orders, coupons, payment vouchers, pay stubs, and more. A built-in, single-line printer can add physical rear endorsement on items, and virtual endorsement is available for the front and rear of item images. Both are customizable and can imprint up to 48 characters. PRECISE IMAGE CAPTURE Hard-to-scan items, such as checks with busy graphic backgrounds or low-contrast text, are captured by the CR-L1 check transport as high-quality images using Canon’s advanced binarization technology, standard in the CR-L1, as well as in Canon’s entire check scanner line. Image processing features such as Fine Text Filtering allow for sharper image capture with less distortion, resulting in better Optical Character Recognition (OCR) accuracy. Magnetic Optical Character Recognition (MOCR) is also used in the CR-L1, combining Magnetic Ink Character Recognition (MICR) with OCR processing to capture accurate MICR data. These features increase read rates and information capture with clarity and precision, helping to reduce exception items due to non- conforming images.

WIDE RANGE OF USES Optimal for workgroups and departments in any industry— especially in the legal, financial, healthcare, and government sectors—the DR-M260 scanner can assist with efficient records management and help reduce paperwork in paper-intensive environments. RELIABLE FEEDING AND POWERFUL PROCESSING Capable of scanning up to 60 pages per minute * —both sides in a single pass— with the capacity to hold up to 80 sheets in the Automatic Document Feeder (ADF), the DR-M260 scanner can quickly capture and convert paper-based documents into useable digital information. This scanner can reliably handle an assortment of document types, such as thick, thin, even oversized documents and plastic embossed cards. For an added benefit, optional carrier sheets allow passports with IC chips as well as fragile documents to be scanned through the ADF without corrupting the original documents. The DR-M260 scanner is equipped with an onboard image processing CPU, making fast, high-quality scanning possible without depending on PC performance. To help prevent paper jams and damage to documents, paper feeding and eject sensors are incorporated to minimize document mishaps. The scanner also incorporates left and right feeding rollers that revolve independently to help prevent skewed feeding when different size documents are scanned together.
EASY-TO-OPERATE DESIGN The DR-M260 scanner was designed with an accessible Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) panel for user convenience, allowing one to create up to 99 customizable, pre-programmed scan tasks, useful for frequently used scanning modes and output destinations. Scanning status and count can also be reviewed on the LCD panel. For easy maintenance, notifications for errors and roller replacement will appear on the LCD, allowing administrators to tackle any problems before they occur. ROBUST SUITE OF SOFTWARE The DR-M260 scanner is bundled with a suite of convenient software to help widen the scope of capture and output capabilities. Canon CapturePerfect and Kofax Virtual ReScan (VRS) help to increase the overall quality of documents scanned. Canon CaptureOnTouch V4 can assist with effortless document organization, with files sorted and saved into existing folders as well as automatically creating new folders. In addition, scanned originals can be divided into single files based on bar codes ** and counters in addition to blank paper. File names can also be set using text scanned from the document or text that’s already configured. The DR-M260 also includes ISIS/TWAIN drivers, which eases integration with third-party capture or content management systems. WIDE RANGE OF USES The CR-120 check transport can help assist in moving paper checks and related documents in front-counter teller settings, merchant/remote deposit capture (RDC) applications, and remittance processing, as well as higher-volume tasks such as back-office/branch settings, and lockbox applications. It enables users—in environments such as banks, credit unions, and retail—to improve their point-of-presentment applications by helping to automate funds deposits for quicker transaction times, decrease errors and fraud, improve customer service, and lower capital and processing costs. SIMPLE, COMPACT DESIGN Optimal for teller counters and merchant desks, the CR-120 check transport’s small footprint can fit comfortably on countertops with limited workspace. RELIABLE ITEM HANDLING Scanning up to 120 items per minute * with a 150-item Automatic Document Feeder (ADF), the CR-120 check transport can perform high-speed scanning for a wide range of document types, such as business and personal checks. It also includes a built-in ultrasonic sensor to help prevent misfeeds. To handle these, the cover of the CR-120 check transport can be opened, which also allows users access to the scanning glass and feed rollers for routine maintenance. ROBUST, SCALABLE FEATURES The CR-120 check transport is equipped with features for efficient check processing. To help meet strict audit regulations, the built-in, five-line imprinter prints and captures endorsement information on checks. The CR-120 check transport is also modular and scalable, with functionality that can be added as required. With a dedicated card-scanner, users can scan plastic or embossed cards, and with the Magnetic Swipe Reader (MSR), ** users can also capture information from the magnetic stripe of a bank card. PRECISE IMAGE CAPTURE To deliver high image quality, the CR-120 check transport is equipped with image processing features such as Fine Text Filtering to allow for sharper image capture with less distortion, delivering better Optical Character Recognition (OCR) accuracy. Magnetic Optical Character Recognition (MOCR) is also used, combining Magnetic Ink Character Recognition (MICR) reading with OCR processing to capture accurate MICR data.
