- Hosting colleagues/ resident must meet the visitor at the security counter to collect their visitor and fill in and sign the visiting logbook. - The visitor must deposit a valid identification document recognized in the KSA (like any of the following: company ID, Labor card, driving license or a copy of passport with the visa page) upon his/ her registration at the security counter. - No visitors shall be allowed to enter the colleagues’ accommodation unless they are accompanied by a resident of the colleague s’ accommodation. - At the end of the visiting period (after 21:30), the security officer is given the absolute right to ensure that your visitor/s leave the premises immediately. - Any visitors leaving the buildings/villas must sign out in the visiting logbook when they retrieve their deposited identification card from the security counter. - If you are a male resident in the colleagues’ accommodation, you will be considered a visitor to the female apartments, villas, or any other female colleagues’ accommodatio n and vice versa. Colleagues of opposite gender are not allowed to enter/stay in each other rooms or common rooms except only the assigned visitor room in the accommodation villas or building and that also as per the visitor room guidelines. - No colleagues have the automatic right to stay overnight in both colleagues’ accommodations without the necessary pre-approval and you must always follow the visiting hours. - Visitors are restricted to a maximum of 3 visitors at any one time. - You are responsible for your visitor(s) at all times. - Outside visitors are not permitted to enter/stay or use the colleagues’ recreation and any other facilities. - You are expected to abide by the Islamic law of the country. It is, therefore, your responsibility to ensure that you have all relevant lawful documentation e.g., Marriage certificate always.
