2.3 Senior Service Managers (SSM)

2.3.1 Ensure that all their Service Managers are fully aware of their responsibilities

in maintaining discipline and understand all relevant rules and regulations.

2.3.2 Review and approve corrective actions recommended by Service Managers to

ensure objectivity and fairness in consultation with the Service Executive and

Human Resources Department prior to implementation.
