Committing acts of nuisance on the Hotel premises.

Employees refusing to allow Security Officers or the person assigned by the Hotel to conduct a search, including body search upon coming into, whilst at or when leaving the Hotel. Employees using personal mobile phones during working hours, whereby the employee is not permitted to have a personal mobile phone whilst on duty. Employees not reporting for duty without reason, communication or authorization.
