Employees associating with immoral or unlawful activities within the Hotel premises. Employees not following the dress code of the Hotel.

Manner and Attitude Employees behaving in an unfriendly and un co-operative manner towards guests.

Insubordination

Willful insubordination or disobedience whether alone or in combination with others, to any lawful and reasonable order of a Superior. Employees participating in strikes or inciting others to strike in contravention of the provisions of the law. Participating in illegal strikes or abetting, inciting and instigating. Willful slowdown of work or inciting others to do the same. Conviction and imprisonment for any criminal offence. Failure to comply with the Hotel safety rules or tampering with safety devices of the Hotel. Employees committing acts within the Hotel, which is likely to endanger the life or safety of themselves or any other person. Participating in unauthorized transactions within Hotel premises such as money lending.
