Abstracts Annual Conference attracts around 1,500 attendees for the UK’s largest gathering of microbiologists. Presenting an offered oral or poster provides an excellent platform to showcase emerging scientific research. The most important thing about the Microbiology Society I think is networking. Being able to connect with other researchers across the UK, but also internationally, is something I just wouldn’t have the opportunity to do otherwise.
