Danny Wolf of Rose Commercial repre- sented the tenant. “243 Route 130 was a great fit for Reconstructive Ortho- pedics,” said McGovern, vice president in CBRE’s Mount Laurel, NJ office. “Borden- town, NJ is a growing market and this location allows them access to all major arteries in Southern and Central New Jersey. Ownership is thrilled to welcome them to the build- ing as a tenant.” Reconstructive Orthope- dics is the largest orthopedic practice headquartered in New Jersey. This 7,861 r/s/f space represents the group’s 10th location, which opened for business on September 8, 2014. Their board-certified and fellowship trained physicians have performed over 100,000 surgeries since the practice’s inception. Colwick Business Center CHERRY HILL, NJ – CBRE Group, Inc., announced the addition of QMA, Inc. as the newest tenant in the Colwick Business Center in Cherry Hill. Dan McGovern represented Quality Manage- ment Associaties, Inc. in their search for a new location. They signed lease agreements with Endurance Real Estate Group, LLC for a 7,129 s/f space and a 5,475 s/f space. Endurance was represented by Wolf Commercial Real Estate. “Colwick Corporate Center was a great opportunity for QMA,” said McGovern. “This location allows them great access to all major arteries in Southern New Jersey and enabled QMA to accommo- date two new programs that will help them expand their mission to provide innovative community support for people with disabilities.” n
