SpaceLogic Group Pty Ltd warrants the end user (hereinafter “original purchaser”) of SpaceLogic Group Pty Ltd products (hereinafter “the product”) that the product is free from defects due to faulty manufacture or workmanship. 5 YEAR WARRANTY SpaceLogic Group Pty Ltd warrants for a period of five (5) years, the product should not break, fracture, fall apart or fail as a result of normal/safe working procedures and normal/safe conditions. Subject to the matters referred to below, this Warranty applies from the date of original purchase and is valid to the original purchase only. The benefit of the Warranty cannot be transferred to anyone else and only applies to the original purchase. This Warranty applies only to product that is supplied and installed in accordance with SpaceLogic Group Pty Ltd recommendations. This Warranty does not apply to any product which has been damaged whether by accident, mishandling, overloading, transport, vandalism, fire or other like causes. The Warranty does not apply if any product has not been installed in accordance with SpaceLogic Group Pty Ltd recommendations. This Warranty does not cover installation or related expense or any other direct or indirect loss(es) which may result from product failure and SpaceLogic Group Pty Ltd will not by virtue of this Warranty be liable in contract or in tort for any consequential indirect or special damage or loss of any kind whatever. All claims made under the warranty must be notified to SpaceLogic Group Pty Ltd in writing and be accompanied by proof of purchase. Following inspection of failed product by an authorised SpaceLogic Group Pty Ltd representative, the failed product should be returned to SpaceLogic Group Pty Ltd. All claims made pursuant to this Warranty should be made in writing to SpaceLogic Group Pty Ltd and forwarded to SpaceLogic Group Pty Ltd, 7 Cameron Place, Orange NSW 2800. Claims must include a copy of the original purchase documentation or reasonable evidence of the original purchase date. Unless and to the extent expressly prohibited by legislation such as the Trade Practices Act 1974 which cannot be excluded or modified, the liability of SpaceLogic Group Pty Ltd for a breach of any condition or warranty shall be limited to the replacement of the product or to the supply of an equivalent product, or to the cost of replacing the failed product, or of acquiring an equivalent product.
