Try your hand at a new creative skill with Stephanie Schumacher, Mortgage Lender Team Lead, and Brenda Langenberg, Mount Vernon Branch Manager, as they lead us in a casual morning watercolor lesson. Materials will be provided and you will leave with two unique cards of your own creation to share with someone you love or to frame and enjoy for years to come! Spend the afternoon with Dwight Seegmiller, CEO of Hills Bank, as he reminisces on his rural background and shares his values and common sense philosophies in this
humorous presentation of Everything I Needed to Know About Business, I Learned in the Barnyard. Dwight joined Hills Bank in 1975 and has served as CEO since 1986. Known for his gift in storytelling, Dwight will take us back in time to the small dairy farm near Decorah, IA where he grew up, attended a one room country school through the 6th grade, and went on to graduate from Iowa State University. Light refreshments will be served. Register by Tuesday, August 27.
