Air Cadets hold Tag Days fundraiser
Lors des Rendez-vous de la Francophonie, les Amis (es) de la Bibliothèque d’Embrun ont présenté le film La Sacrée à la salle des Chevaliers de Colomb. Claire Dionne, directrice générale de la Bibliothèque publique du canton de Russell,étaitprésenteàlaprojectiontoutcommeM.RachelQuesnel,propriétaire dumagasingénéralduvillagedeVarsoùontététournéplusieursscènesdufilm. Pour l’occasion, l’artiste Gertrude Miron a offert une de ses œuvres en prix de présence à la gagnante Andrée Dionne. Une foire d’Exposciences se tenait récemment à l’École élémentaire publiqueDe laRivière Castor à Embrun. C’était l’occasion pour les élèves de se familiariser à la science. Ci-dessus, Camille Gauthier, élève de 8 e , l'a emporté après avoir construit unpanneau solaire fonctionnel.
