The Prague Spring International Music Competition is held annually in two categories which are determined by a Competition committee from overall 16 instrumental fields. It takes place every year in the first half of May. The finals of the Competition are held as part of the Prague Spring International Music Festival and the winners among other prizes have the opportunity to perform at the festival in the following year. In 2026, the 77th anniversary year will take place.
