Shvatio sam da pu- tovanje nije beg, nego način da bolje razumeš sebe. Za nama su božićni i novogodišnji praznici. Kako ste ih proveli? – To mi je najdraže doba godine. Volim zimu, svetla, miris kolača i onaj trenutak kada cela porodica napokon uspori. Uvek pokušavam da budem sa svojima, da ne radim ništa „važ- no“. Prava čarolija praznika je u malim stvarima – doručak sa decom, zajed- ničko kuvanje, sneg koji polako pada. A onda, kada se ponoć približi, shvati- te da ste zahvalni – na onome što ima- te, ali i na onome što ste preživeli. Kako biste opisali 2025. godinu iz svoje perspektive? – Bila je izazovna, ali i puna rasta. Naučio sam da mir ne dolazi kada se sve sredi, već kada naučite da se ne bo- rite protiv talasa. A talasi su stalni – i u poslu, i u životu. Zato volim more – ono me uvek podseti da je promena prirodna stvar. I za kraj – šta biste poželeli čitaocima u godini pred nama? – Da pronađu svoj mir, gde god da su. Da prestanu da jure savršenstvo i da nauče da cene trenutke koji deluju mali, ali su zapravo najveći. I, naravno – da putuju.

N ew series Hotel Costi- era – a tense thriller set on the majestic Amalfi Coast, in a world of lux- ury and secrets – has been airing on the Star Crime channel and the lead role is played by Jesse Wil- liams. Known for the role of Dr. Jack- son Avery in the series Grey’s Anatomy, this time he’s found himself portraying a very different character: former ma- rine Daniel De Luca, a man trying to start a new life, but fate drags him back into a world he was striving to escape. How would you describe your character, Daniel De Luca, and the world of the series Hotel Costiera? - De Luca is a man fighting with the
past and with his own demons. He used to be a Marine and now works at a lux- ury hotel on the Amalfi Coast, a place that appears perfect from the outside, but that hides within it a lot of dark- ness. That’s what drew me to the show – that contrast between heaven and hell. There are no black and white characters in the series. Everyone is full of contra- dictions, just like real people. The series covers the themes of redemption, parenthood and loss. How familiar were you with those emotions? - Very. I’m a father myself and know how deeply fear for a child can be in- grained in a person. De Luca’s daugh- ter disappears, and that launches an av- alanche of emotions that shatter him
