تمثّل الشـــــراكات القويّة الفـــــارق الحقيقي بين النوايـــــا الطيّبة والنتائج المســـــتدامة. فإلـــــى جانب تعاونها مع الجهات الحكوميّة والمؤسّسات الخاصّة والعلامات التجاريّة، تعمـــــل مجموعة أبوظبـــــي للثقافة والفنون علـــــى تصميـــــم برامـــــج مشـــــتركة تفتـــــح الأبواب أمـــــام إمكانات ومنصّات وجماهير يتعذّر على مؤسّســـــة واحدة الوصول إليها بمفردها. وأمّا بالنسبة إلى المواهب الشابّة، فـــــإن هذه الشـــــراكات تمنحهم قيمة طويلة الأجـــــل تتمثّل فـــــي فرص عـــــرض أعمالهم علـــــى المســـــتوى الدولـــــيّ، والوصـــــول إلى معارض ومنصّات فعليّة، ومســـــارات مهنيّة واضحة، إلى جانب إتاحـــــة منصّات دوليّة للفنّانين الإماراتيّين تُمكّنهم من المشـــــاركة في حوارات ثقافيّة عالميّة، واغتنام فرص تبـــــادل الخبرات والتجارب. وأمّا بالنســـــبة إلى الشركاء، فإنّها تُسهم في تنمية مهارات قابلـــــة للتطبيـــــق فـــــي مختلـــــف المجالات،
أصول ثقافيّة مســـــتدامة. ومن أبرز الأمثلة الحديثة على ذلك: العروض والتســـــجيلات التي قدّمتها المجموعة ومهرجان أبوظبي مع المؤلّف الموســـــيقي الإماراتـــــي العالمي إيهـــــاب درويش، ومع المؤلّف والموســـــيقي فـــــرج أبيـــــض، الـــــذي يُســـــهم فـــــي تقديـــــم الموســـــيقى العربيّة الكلاســـــيكيّة للجمهور الأمريكي والعالميّ، عبر مزج الشعر التراثي والحديث مع التوزيع الموســـــيقي العصريّ. وتُثمر هذه المشاريع عن إنتاجات موسيقيّة قيّمة، وتفتح آفاقًا للعروض الجوّالة والبثّ، وتُســـــهم في بناء مســـــيرة فنّية مرنة قابلة للانتشار عالميًّا. ومع الاستمراريّة والالتزام بمعايير الجودة، تكتسب هذه الجهود زخمًا متصاعدًا يجـــــذب انتباه القطـــــاع الثقافي والإبداعـــــي الدوليّ، ويفتـــــح عوالم جديدة من التعاون والفرص أمام المواهب الشابّة. شراكات عالميّة بهويّة إماراتيّة

وهـــــي جميعها ظروف مثاليّة تُشـــــجّع على التجريب الإبداعيّ، والاكتشـــــاف المستمرّ، والارتقاء بمعايير التميّز الفنّي. فعلى ســـــبيل المثال، نظّمت المجموعة في وقت سابق من هذا العام برنامج إقامة فنّية لمـــــدّة ثلاثة أســـــابيع في المملكـــــة المتحدة بالتعـــــاون مـــــع صندوق الســـــلام والازدهار، شمل جلسات تدريب وبروفات أفضت إلى عرض فنّي نهائي في قصر كنسنغتون. كما تواصـــــل المجموعة تنفيذ إقامـــــة فنّية مع مؤسّســـــة “الصناعات الوطنيّة الفرنســـــيّة” التابعـــــة لـــــوزارة الثقافة الفرنســـــيّة، وتركّز هذه الإقامة على الإبداع والابتكار والحرف التراثيّـــــة، ممّـــــا يربط المواهـــــب الإماراتيّة بـــــورش ومعاهد فنّيـــــة عالميّة. وقد أثمرت هذه المبادرات عن نتائج ملموســـــة تمثّلت في اكتســـــاب مهـــــارات جديدة، وتوســـــيع شـــــبكات التعاون، وإنتاج أعمال ترتقي إلى المعايير المهنيّة العالميّة. وتشـــــكّل أعمال التكليف الحصري والإنتاج المشـــــترك امتدادًا طبيعيًّا لمســـــار التطوير الـــــذي يبدأ من غرف التدريـــــب وصولا إلى المنصّـــــات العالميّة. فعندما تقوم مجموعة أبوظبـــــي للثقافـــــة والفنـــــون بتكليف عمل فنّـــــي، فإنّها تتكفّـــــل بتمويل مراحل البحث والتدريب والتسجيل، لتحويل الأفكار إلى
محفّز قوي على الابتكار، إنّها تربطنا بالعالم مـــــن خلال لقـــــاء الفكـــــر وروابـــــط الثقافة، وتلهمنا، وتفتح أمامنا آفاقًا حقيقيّة للإبداع في جميع المجالات، في علاقتها التكامليّة مــــــــع العلوم، والتقنيّة، والهندسة، والآداب، والرياضيـــــات. ومـــــن خـــــلال مبادراتهـــــا وبرامجها، تُسخّر مجموعة أبوظبي للثقافة والفنون قوّة الفنون لتمكين شبابنا، وإيصال أصواتهم، وتحقيق أحلامهم وطموحاتهم، وإبـــــــــــــراز إبداعاتهم عبر مشهد الصناعات الإبداعيّة العالميّة.” من الموهبة إلى الاحتراف تُدرك المجموعة أن الخبرة لا يجب أن تكون الحلقـــــة المفقودة بيـــــن الموهبـــــة الواعدة واحتراف المهنة المستقرّة. ولذلك، تواصل الاســـــتثمار فـــــي برامـــــج الإقامـــــات الفنّية والمنـــــح التي تُتيح للشـــــباب الانخراط في بيئة العمل الحقيقيّة ضمن قطاع الصناعات الثقافيّة والإبداعيّة. فالإقامـــــات الإبداعيّـــــة المصمّمـــــة بعناية لا تكتفـــــي بإلهام المشـــــاركين، بـــــل تعمل على تأهيلهـــــم مهنيًّا، إذ توفّر للفنّانين الصاعدين وقتًـــــا منظّمًـــــا، وتوجيهًا إرشـــــاديًّا، وفرصًا لتبـــــادل الخبـــــرات مع زملائهـــــم ونظرائهم، وتفتـــــح آفاقهـــــم علـــــى تجـــــارب عالميّـــــة.

When support is tied to the act of making, outcomes improve: artists gain technical range and critical feedback, finished works travel, and careers become more resilient, strengthen- ing the UAE’s cultural capacity as a whole. More impor- tantly, this journey builds confidence, often the Achil- les’ heel of many creatives. Her Excellency Huda Alkhamis-Kanoo, Founder of the Abu Dhabi Music & Arts Foundation, and Founder and Ar- tistic Director of the Abu Dhabi Festival, affirms the im- portance of the arts in fostering renewed creative think- ing, empowering the knowledge society and achieving sustainable development of skills and capabilities. “At the heart of our work lies the essential need to provide resources for the arts as a strategic investment in the fu- ture of our society and our nation. The arts are a power- ful catalyst for innovation. They connect us to the world through the meeting of minds and cultural exchange. They inspire us and open real horizons for creativity across all fields, through their complementary relation- ship with science, technology, engineering and mathe- matics [STEM].” “Through our initiatives and programmes at the Abu Dhabi Music & Arts Foundation, we harness the power of the arts to empower our youth, amplify their voic- es, help them realise their dreams and ambitions and showcase their work within the global creative indus- tries landscape.”
TURNING TALENT INTO INDUSTRY ADMAF recognises that experience should never be the missing bridge between promise and profession. That is why the Foundation continues to invest in residencies and grants that immerse young people in the real work of the cultural industries. Properly designed residencies don’t just inspire; they professionalise. They give emerg- ing artists structured time, mentoring, peer exchange and international exposure. These are conditions that encourage risk, iteration and higher standards. A three- week UK Artist Residency Programme with the Peace & Prosperity Trust earlier this year, for example, coupled coaching and rehearsals with a public outcome, culmi- nating in a performance at Kensington Palace. The Foun- dation’s ongoing residency with Manufactures nation- ales – Sèvres & Mobilier national under France’s Ministry of Culture focuses on creation, innovation and heritage craft. It links Emirati talent to world-class ateliers and practices. The result is tangible: new skills, stronger net- works and works that meet professional benchmarks. Commissions and co-productions also extend that pipe- line from rehearsal room to world stage. When ADMAF commissions, it underwrites the research, rehearsal and recording that turn ideas into durable cultural as- sets. Recent examples include premieres and recordings with Emirati composer Ihab Darwish, and contemporary composer-performer Faraj Abyad, whose work revitalises classical Arabic music by blending historic and contem- porary poetry with modern orchestration. These projects create catalogues, generate touring and broadcast oppor-
