مشـــــــاركة في 983 ترشـــــــيح إلى فروعهـــــــا، مقابل الدورة التي سبقتها، ما عكس المكانة التي ارتقت إليها الجائزة، ليس فقط على الصّعيدين المحليّ، والعربيّ، وإنّمـــــــا أيضًا على الصّعيد العالميّ، حيث دولة حول 37 اســـــــتقبلت الجائزة مشـــــــاركات من العالـــــــم، أكّـــــــدت نجاحها وتميّزهـــــــا، وقدرتها على تحفيز الإبداع لدى الكتّاب.” ويُشير سعادة الدكتور علي بن تميم، رئيس مركز أبوظبي للّغـــــــة العربيّة، إلى أن الجائزة اليوم باتت محط أنظار الموهوبيـــــــن والمبدعين، لافتًا إلى أن الثّنـــــــاء الذي حظيت به من قبل الفائزين بفروعها، والاشـــــــادة بحضورها، أتاح لهم فرصة المساهمة في إثراء فنون السّـــــــرود والحكاية الشـــــــعبيّة، ثم الفوز بها. وقال ســـــــعادته: “ســـــــاهمت الجائزة في تغيير المســـــــار الأدبي للفائزين بها، وأطلقتهم في فضاءات إبداعيّة جديدة، وســـــــلّطت الضوء على إبداعاتهم عالميًّا.. فذلك بحق هو ما يتوّج بالرّضا جهود المركز، لنجاحه في تحقيق أهداف الجائزة في تكريم الأدباء وتشجيع الإبداع.” وتابع سعادته: “مع مواصلة النجاح باتت الجوائز الثـــــــلاث منصّات ثقافيّة عالميّـــــــة تحتفي بالإبداع الفكريّ، وتُشير إلى دور المركز في النّهوض باللّغة العربيّة، والفكر والأدب العربيّ، والشّـــــــعر والسّرود الشـــــــعبيّة؛ عبر ربط الثقافة العربيّـــــــة بالعالم، ومد جسور التواصل مع حضاراته، تأكيدًا للدّور الثقافي الريادي لإمارة أبوظبي، الداعم للأدباء والمفكّرين والباحثين والمبدعين والناشرين والمترجمين، بما فيهم الشّـــــــباب، وبما يتماشى مع رؤية قيادة دولة الإمارات، في جعل الثقافة ركيزة أساسيّة للتنمية المســـــــتدامة، من خلال تبنّي مفهوم التّحفيز على . الإبداع، وتشجيعه بالتكريم.”
creators to present distinguished works that explore the Emirati narrative in all its dimen- sions - through storytelling, research, and critical analysis, as well as visual narration that documents life in the UAE and the wider Arab World through photography and cinema. He noted that this approach serves the award’s broader objectives: safeguarding the arts of folk narrative, enhancing their visibility, and recognising their practitioners; highlight- ing contemporary storytelling works, discovering new talent in the field, and honouring outstanding writing. By connecting generations to these creative expressions, the award strengthens cultural identity and celebrates storytellers, narrative traditions, and popular literature at both the local and Arab levels. He added that from its very first cycle, the award has earned a distinguished regional and international standing, attracting nominees from around the world across its six catego- ries. In the most recent cycle, it received submissions from countries participating for the first time, including Albania, Austria, Chad, Denmark, Italy, and Japan. He continued:“The award has evolved into a cultural platform that nurtures creative talent and attracts thousands of submissions. In its third cycle, it received more than 1,000 en- tries across its categories, compared with 983 in the previous edition. This growth reflects the stature the award has attained - not only locally and across the Arab World, but also internationally - with submissions received from 37 countries worldwide, underscoring its success, distinction, and capacity to inspire creativity among writers.” His Excellency Dr Ali bin Tamim, noted that the award has become a focal point for talent and creativity. He pointed to the acclaim it has received from winners across its various categories, and to their appreciation of the platform it provides - one that enables them to contribute meaningfully to the enrichment of narrative arts and folk storytelling before being honoured through the award itself. He said: “The award has helped reshape the literary journey of its recipients, opening new creative horizons and bringing their work to international attention. This, in itself, is the clearest affirmation of the Centre’s efforts and a reflection of its success in honouring writers and nurturing creativity.” He continued: “As this success continues, the three awards have evolved into global cul- tural platforms that celebrate intellectual creativity and underscore the Centre’s role in advancing the Arabic language, Arab thought and literature, as well as poetry and folk narratives. By connecting Arab culture with the wider world and building bridges with other civilisations, they reaffirm Abu Dhabi’s pioneering cultural role: one that supports writers, thinkers, researchers, creators, publishers, and translators, including emerging talents. This approach aligns with the UAE leadership’s vision of placing culture at the heart of sustainable development by embracing creativity and fostering it through recog- nition and celebration.” .

اهتمـــــــام دول العالم، فضلا عن تأكيدها لحضور الثقافـــــــة الإماراتيّة في فضاء الشعر النبطيّ، عربيًّا وعالميًّا.” وعن جائزة “سرد الذّهب” التي أطلقت ، وتستلهم اسمها أيضًا 2023 في العام مـــــــن إرث المغفور له الشـــــــيخ زايد بن سلطان آل نهيّان، طيّب اللّـه ثراه، قال سعادة الدكتور علي بن تميم: “حرصنا أن تكون جائزة “سرد الذّهب” منطلقًا للمبدعين كي يقدّمـــــــوا أعمالا متميّزة، تتناول الســـــــرديّة الإماراتيّة من جميع جوانبها، إبداعًـــــــا قصصيًّا، ودراســـــــةً، وتحليلاً، إلـــــــى جانب السّـــــــرد البصري الـــــــذي يوثّق الحيـــــــاة في الإمـــــــارات، والعالـــــــم العربيّ، عن طريـــــــق الصّورة الفوتوغرافيّة، والســـــــينمائيّة، بما يكفل تحقيق أهداف الجائزة في حماية فنون السّرد الشـــــــعبيّ، ونشـــــــرها، والتّعريف بأصحابها، وإلقاء الضّوء على الأعمال
القصصيّة الحديثة، واكتشـــــــاف مواهب جديدة في هذا المجال، وتكريم الكتابات المتميّـــــــزة، وتعزيـــــــز هويّـــــــة الأجيال عن طريق ربطها بهذه الإبداعات، والاحتفاء برواة السّير، والآداب، والسّرود الشعبيّة، محليًّا وعربيًّا.” وأضاف ســـــــعادته: “منـــــــذ دورتها الأولى احتلّـــــــت الجائزة مكانة مرموقـــــــة إقليميًّا وعالميًّا، واســـــــتقطبت إليها مرشّحين من مختلف دول العالم للمشاركة في فروعها الســـــــتّة، فقد اســـــــتقبلت في هذه الدورة ترشيحات من دول تشـــــــارك للمرّة الأولى هي: ألبانيا، والنمســـــــا، وتشاد، والدانمارك، وإيطاليا، واليابان.” وتابـــــــع ســـــــعادته: “تحوّلـــــــت الجائزة إلى منصّة ثقافيّـــــــة، تطلق المواهب الإبداعيّة، وتستقطب آلاف المرشّحين، ففي دورتها الثالثة، اســـــــتقبلت الجائـــــــزة أكثر من ألف

Regarding the close of submissions for the award’s fourth cycle, he explained that entries were received from 16 non-Arab countries, compared with 19 Arab countries. The award also attracted first-time participa- tion from several countries, including Germany, Swe- den, Ukraine, Serbia, Nigeria, Colombia, Ecuador, Sri Lanka, and Uzbekistan. In total, submissions exceeded 830 entries, compared with 601 in the previous cycle – clearly indicating growing confidence in the award and its elevated standing among speciali س ed literary prizes. He noted that this development has transformed the award from a single accolade into a broader cultural plat- form that attracts international interest, while reaffirm- ing the presence of Emirati culture within the sphere of Nabati poetry, both across the Arab World and globally. Regarding the Sard Al Thahab Award, launched in 2023 and likewise inspired by the legacy of Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, His Excellency Dr Ali bin Tamim ex- plained that the award was conceived as a platform for
