Online at www.sunrisefl.gov/registration.html • Have your Household Number handy, along with a Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover card In Person at the Sunrise Civic Center, 10610 West Oakland Park Boulevard • In the Leisure Services office (second floor), weekdays from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm • In the Athletic Club (first floor), weekdays from 6:30 am to 9:00 pm and weekends from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm
