Mental health and emotional wellbeing training provider, 4 Mental Health, is delighted to receive the Queen’s Award for Enterprise: International Trade 2022. 4 Mental Health provides bite-sized, compassion- focused mental health training courses and free online self-help resources. Its mental health training, delivered under the program name ‘Connecting with People’, is geared to meet the needs of clinical, community and corporate settings via a range of cost-effective delivery modalities: face-2-face, webinar, e-Learning and Train-the-Trainer. Overseas training now constitutes 43% of company activity. Most new clients, both UK and overseas, learn of 4 Mental Health’s modular ‘Connecting with People’ training courses via word of mouth recommendations from other organisations and/or individuals who have previously experienced the training. A whole-community approach 4 Mental Health’s staff numbers have significantly increased over the past three-year period to support the increased demand for training deliveries. Blended home and office-based working, contributes to staff wellbeing and offers the company greater flexibility. The company’s highly skilled trainers bring a wealth of significant professional experience, and essential insight, to ensure continued relevance to the sector. Likewise, the inter-linking of modules underpins a consistent, whole-community approach to emotional wellbeing and suicide prevention.
